Annual Meeting

Join us on Sunday, September 28, 2003, as the Montana Association of USA Track & Field hosts its annual meeting at the Wingate Inn in Bozeman, Montana.

This year's annual meeting will begin with a No Host Social Hour in the Bridger/Yellowstone Rooms of the Wingate Inn beginning at 11:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. Noon. Come early and meet with your Board of Directors and Committee Chairs, as well as visit with coaches, parents and athletes from this past season. The regular scheduled meeting of our members and quests will commence at approximately 12:00 P.M. until roughly 2:00 P.M. and will begin with the presentation of awards to the Outstanding Athletes for the 2003 track & field season. Please feel free to bring the entire family, friends and quests!

The "No Host" social hour and annual meeting will be held in the "Bridger/Yellowstone" conference rooms of the Wingate Inn located at 2305 Catron Street. Take the North 19th Avenue exit off of Interstate 90 heading south into Bozeman. Immediately turn east onto Valley Center Road at the first signal light, then left onto Catron Street. The Wingate Inn is just off of Interstate 90 and is situated directly in front of the Costco and Target stores.
