MISSION STATEMENT / PURPOSE: To encourage athletic participation by Seeley Lake residents, and to conduct annual footraces in a wildland setting

AGE GROUP(S) SERVED: All ages

FOCUS: Long-distance running

OFFICERS: Fastest Cheetah Herder in a race attended by two or more members is El Presidente until the next race. Pat Caffrey is Director of Races.

CURRENT MEMBERSHIP: All who dare may claim membership.

PRACTICE INFORMATION: The Club heartily recommends that you practice.

COMPETITIVE CLUB OR EVENT ORGANIZER: Cheetah Herder Athletic Club is an event organizer for the following events:

• Snow Joke Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, Seeley Lake. Held annually on the last Saturday in February. Race Day registration only.
• Le Grizz Ultramarathon, 50 miles, pending statis as Montana State Championship event, Spotted Bear, MT. Held annually the second Saturday in October. Send S.A.S.E. to Box 341, Seeley Lake, MT 59868 for information.
